Hacking Best place to buy Acekard 2 i

Hi all,

I usually buy from DX, never an AK2i though, dont mind the wait time. I dont want to get stuck with a clone card so can anyone tell me the best place to buy a genuine card.

I know it sounds like a porn site, but it's a great place to buy a AK 2i from and they update your card for you.
Great customer service too if you have a problem.

It's in North America so maybe some other forum member in the UK has a better suggestion.

Due to complaints DX were forced to remove them from the site.. I think you still can get some at www.volumerate.com (the DX wholesale site).

I'd also check out www.focalprice.com It's only $13 there. You can also buy screen savers for 69cents and other good accessories for relatively cheap. It's a nice site. Shipped from China like DX so it takes ~2weeks to get to USA. Hopefully to Ireland will be faster....

Dealextreme does still carry them just use the above link, I just ordered another one on 1-5-10. I would stay away from Focalprice, at least for now because there customer service is pretty bad and there really good at losing/misplacing orders, they are however VERY GOOD at making sure that there payment function works so that they get paid right away. (if you do not believe me go to there site and read the forums), and yes they did "misplace" a order that I made recently and it took me fours days to resolve it, which in turn made it ship four days late and I have yet to receive the item.

I purchased two cards from 5thdimensionstore.com, and got them (from Canada to midwest US) in just a bit over a week. Their site isn't flashy and they only carry a few items, but their merchant system was through PayPal (I assume this means it is less risky...who knows) and the items arrived in perfect condition. Will purchase from them again.

Knowing the list of 'all' distributors doesn't give much indication of 'best' (or safest).

They know that any problems would be broadcast here so that have reason to be fair and honest.
I use Consolesorce and haven't had a problem yet. You can find quicker and less expensive but overall they are great.

Why is GameByGame still a partner site? Don't get me wrong - I used them a few times with great results even back when they were DealWoot. Just before Christmas though they dropped all flash card / mod chip sales and support. They don't respond to emails at all. Anyone have a clue what happened?

They are out of AK2i's right not, but I wouldn't think it would be much longer before they got them back in.

I'm not kidding you when I say what I said at first above. I ordered my M3DS Real perfect bundle back on 03/31/09 and keep in mind this is with their 6-12 day shipping (About $5 shipping). They had it to me on the 5th of April!

I just ordered an Acekard2 from them, it shipped the day afterwards (01/08/2010), and my red Aluminum DSL case I ordered from the same day shipped on that exact same day as well. Again, this is using the $5 6-12 day shipping

I can't garuntee they will get yours to you that fast in the same circumstances, but they are highly reliable and I will always shop there for my slot 1 and slot 2 solutions.
