Best N64 Emulator!!

I am using a mac, but just got Window 7 installed in VmWare Fusion 3 because I couldn't do things like this.
I am wanting to run N64 games on my mac (using windows of course, i already have SixtyForce but it's compatibility is bad).
Which has the best compatibility and graphics etc?

Project64 and Mupen64 are generally regarded as the best (you may need to change plugins for compatibility with certain games).
