One of my absolute favourite (and underrated in my opinion) games I played on Gamecube: Beyond Good & Evil.
It's definitely a great game, though the Xbox version is a bit better. Then again, there was the HD re-release. Not saying the NGC version is bad, just one of the weaker ones, though not as weak as the PS2 version.

Worst one is the PC version IMO, keyboard only controls, bleurgh :P

Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom. Im serious. Its a pretty fun plattformer with many things to collect and if you ever watched the first 3 seasons of the show, you'll love the humor of the game.

There are such a thing as USB gamepads. Logitech pumps out some good ones. xP
Though, the HD release wasn't released on PC, that's the old version. For anyone new or anyone that doesn't have their old copy, I'd recommend going for the HD version on PS3 or 360. This is one of the few times you'll see me recommend the console version of the game over the PC version.

USB Gamepad doesn't help, the PC version is keyboard only.
