Best Free Os With Windows App Support

My personal laptop was running Windows 8.1 then it deleted itself, So I wanted to know if there was an os with windows app support other than reactos because it doesn't currently have usb support at least I don't think.
Let me know if there are any or if reactos has usb support now/again

A little bit more info it is usable with a free windows 10 os but i cant use my trackpad

Ubuntu or Linux Mint with Wine installed is probably the best, but it still won't support everything. Maybe your laptop came with recovery disks?

@ry755 it didn't because its a notebook laptop sorry should have mentioned that

You can use Windows 10 without activating it, it'll just have a watermark in the corner. If you can figure out what model trackpad it is then you can get the drivers for it

What's the model number? It'll probably say on the bottom. There are a bunch of different Stream 11's
