What's the best FireFox plugin for downloading embedded video/audio?
I use DownloadHelper, not sure it's what you're asking though.
Yeah that's about right. You know not just Youtube videos but any music that plays on a website or any video that plays via flash or whatever.
I will second downloadhelper- it might fall over on some of the DRM flash stuff (favoured by many of the TV repeat type sites) which usually means more talent and/or site specific workarounds (or analogue loop) but it does a fair line in most things.
Most video sites have greasemonkey scripts as well which are good to have.

LiveHTTPHeaders will get anything that's not using RTMPT (like teamfourstar's site is), for those you'll have to look for a mirror, as flash is one of the only clients that supports them so far so you'll just want to try to avoid them.
