I'll go with BigBlueMenu and FBI. BBM is faster, and FBI has more options and is less intimidating than BBM.

Intimidating? How?

I like BBM, it's easier to use than FBI and has a better GUI. I haven't used BigRedMenu or SOON! though.

I really don't know much about SOON, people say it is very easy to use?

I don't have a lot of experience with them, but I've personally used FBI, DevMenu, and Title Manager. I've had more success with DevMenu and prefer its interface to FBI.

I like BBM because of batch install and delete function, BUT FBI has its perks, like the option to install mset for diferents kinds of CFW/Gateway, and network install using socketpunch. I use them both.

I only used FBI, so not really fair to vote on this. Guess I'll try the big blue menu too. There's a Red Menu or is that a joke? Lol
BigRedMenu was released a while ago, but I guess no one uses it. https://gbatemp.net/threads/big-red-menu-legal-cia-installer-uninstaller.379061/

Makes sense, that seems to be what Chelsea_Fantasy is going for with everything he/she makes. Including that "Players Choice" (or something) CFW which I don't think has been released yet.

FBI though barebones, is my favorite, sOOn! is cool and all, but I don0't like having to put my games in one folder and I like to have something displaying progress. BBM is alright, but looks ugly as hell.

Is it true that some CIAs need to be installed with DevMenu, else they won't work?

I'd assume. Those type of files are those weird ones though, that people messed with. Because, I've installed about 40 CIA's myself with FBI..and never had a single problem.

Also, FBI vote from me.

I'm going with bbm. Because recently had to use fbi for all my cia need after I lost my bbm cia and can't find any links. Only problem with fbi for me is that no dlc works odds are its just me :)
