Hacking Best back up loader?

I've seen upward 6 different versions, patches, and mods of Back up loaders, none of them really saying if they contain the benefits of all predecessors combined. So do you guys know which versions/patches/modded back up loaders are the best?

Though Softchip is making a comeback.

Softchip and Gamma are pretty much the same since they both use the same cIOS.

Let's say SoftChip and Gamma are able to use the same cIOS versions, but SoftChip is still not able to load decrypted games. The SoftChip developers are busy with their own dip and the IOS-Demodulator.
