Misc Beginner's questions

I have Zelda and Wi-fi at home (wireless internet?)
Can I play against another DS in the same room?
Can I play against my friend in different town or random person?
How to configure it?
I have DS browser rom (patched) but I don't how to configure it. What data I need to put to surf internet?

1-yes u can.
2-yes, u both need a router or Nintendo's Wifi dongle.
3-when u select your save slot, then select Battle, then in bottom of screen, u see its configuration panel. (its so automatic, dont worry)
4-donno about surfing.
