Type in a captcha to refresh the page then they probably appear.The only time my page refreshes automatically is if one of my invites gets beets.

because the whole site sounds like a scam, the site owner is probably making a ton of money off of you right now and not giving anything back besides promising to give you something for testing it
if I had to guess the this whole site will probably just vanish from the net once interest dies down and site is still in "alpha" phase
the site url is just an IP address, the whole site looks like a 5 year old made it and yet its been open for months
