Hacking Be SURE To Block Updates!

There's a possible update coming out March 31st, which can possibly mean anything. So if I were you, I'd block updates, TEST THEM NOW (if you already have them) and DO NOT UPDATE.

If you update and it patches the kernel exploit and we release it and you can't use it, don't come on here and whine please, because I'm giving a nice heads-up to those who want homebrew/piracy/whatever.

Hmm should i try OpenDNS ? Already got tubehax and sort of URL Filtering in my modem settings (sort of because if I try to access and URL in Mozilla my modem says that's blocked however in the site that @fiveighteen provide us to check if the modem is currently blocking the URLs it's seems like it doesn't working so I am a little confused S: ) Anyways my Wii U got the famous red Cross so not worrying that much :9

Stick with tubehax, opendns is not reliable unless you make it effectively reliable yourself by making sure your IP is always up to date and so forth. Red X is good, so just let it alone.

Meh even though I'm on 5.5.1 (I NEED Smash) and maybe we will get someday IOSU that still needs a initial hack like through the browser mp4 player, i guess. so I should stay on that fw version - right know my best way to stop auto update till I put a dns in - *unplugged lan adapter*

Man, I sure hope the (5.6.0?) update ends up blocking the existing 5.5 kexploit! I am in desperate need of some kernel-required homebrew since I made 2 dick moves earlier on in my Wii U hacking life.

I'll tell you the story while I'm a bit bored at the moment...

It was a nice sunny June 2015 day, and I was happily modding vWii and playing Splatoon on my 5.3.2 Wii U.
But then... disaster struck!!! I managed to semi-brick vWii by stupidly installing proper Wii IOSes. >.>
Also, I was aware that there was going to be upcoming 5.3.2 kernel exploits at the time, so I actually was blocking updates in the process too.
And then... disaster stuck!!! ...again! Nintendo released 5.4.0 and I wanted to continue to play Splatoon!
So, being the dumb shit I was, I went and tried to update, can you believe that!!?!
But... disaster struck once again!!! I was unable to update my Wii U because of the installed Wii IOSes...... yay?
However, I still wasn't happy. I wanted to get it fixed! and fast!! I was stressing really badly, and I was trying to find all the possible methods I could to fix vWii up back to normal!
I managed to fix it up in the end.... and I successfully updated to 5.4.0...
and you know what happened next...?
........
God damn 5.3.2 kexploits got released. >.<
I was so M A D after that! I almost beat myself up about it.
However, I still got to play my good ol' Splatoon!
Hahahaha....... until I sold it for £24 at my local 2nd-hand store in order to make money to buy a PS Vita.
THEN I was pissed.
And then soon after, Nintendo released 5.5.0 and because everyone was saying that 5.4.0 wasn't going to get a kexploit, I just updated for the sake of it since I just had those doubts that it wouldn't happen...

...

And 5.4.0 kxploit finally did happen...

...And now, to this day, I'm now stuck on 5.5.1 lol.
