PS1/2 Battle D.O.N ESR help

I burned Battle Stadium D.O.N (NTSC-J) onto a DVD-R at 2x speed using Imgburn, and loaded it on my NTSC-U region PS2, with FreeMcBoot 1.18, and ESR.

I did ESR patch the iso.

The game loads, but once it gets to the screen that tells you the game autosaves and no save was found, (or at least what i assume it to be), and I enter Yes, nothing happens. Same with No. I've even tried another DVD-R burn of it, same thing happened.

Anyone know what's up with it? Bad iso perhaps?

Lol its the damn NTSC-J button config took me a little while but the game does work use O instead of X to confirm

Haha, I figured this out eventually and felt like a fool for making this thread.
