Hacking Basic M3 Questions....

Can someone help me with starting with M3? Friend of mine ask me to buy a Micro SD card and put some games, but since I have R4DS I don't know what Folders and programs I have to put.
On DS it's Moonshell, System folder and two files. I don't know where to put cheat file and how to put r4ds skins.
Please help
