Would be curious about this myself, not tested the haxx later, plan to later but doubt I'll try a downgrade yet, don't even have a OR/AS save where I can uses bases... *searches online*

iirc the game currently isnt in a playable state due to payload being stored over the boxes
or was that fixed already?

I believe the payload was hard coded in so its not going to work on n3DS with the current version.

1) Yes, but we all already knew that it would be.
2) For now.
3) For now.
4) Everyone knew that it was hax for Secret Bases, which cannot be accessed at the very start of the game.

2 & 3 are temporary (at least 2 definitely is), and 1 & 4 were already known from when the hax was first 'revealed'; why are you acting so surprised and disappointed?
