Hacking Banned on Splatoon?

Alright, so I am just here to collect info on what you can be banned for. I assume I'm currently banned for accidentally using octoling online. Does anyone know if this is temporary or permanent?

Error Code : 106-0306

How do you accidentally use it online? You're running loadiine? I thought loadiine didn't allow online play?

I own the disk activated octoling through tcp gecko.

I'm just gonna try to restore a pre hacked save, also I didn't do a save file hack just for octolings, I did it for a few sea snails.

Well just chatted with an official and was told it's a ban, although they aren't sure if it's permanent. Have you been banned for it? Il check again tommorow.

Yea, a while ago before they decided to permaban me, I can't imagine them doing it to anyone trying it out, just as a warning thing :\

I'll take a wii u. I was permabanned for octoling. I got banned a few days ago. Haven't been banned so i'm assuming it's a perm ban.

Honestly is Octoling really cheating? Its just a modification of what you look like.
