Hacking Backup savegame error

When I tried to backup my savegame with gateway I got error also if I try to backup the game.
I got space enough more then 5gb. Should I format emunand?

What game? If it's a Cart-2 game it won't back up, for those you need to dump the rom and extract the save!

Edit: got it fixed I used another sd formatted that just in case mayby that was the problem for the othe one.
