Drivers are not really an issue these days because Windows will automatically install drivers from its store as soon as it detects a hardware change. Anything it misses, you can grab from manufacturer websites.
You might encounter licensing issues, but since both are already on Windows 10, I don’t know if it’s actually a problem (assuming both are already licenced). If you use bitlocker, that can also cause a problem, but again that is easily fixed by disabling it before running a backup.
Best practice is usually to clean install then reinstall any apps you need, and only copying over your user files (C:\Users\Name\) over. Nanite can install most common apps very easily for you.
