It backed up in like 1 second is that normal? What should the file size be? And in hecate i should just be doing backup boot0/boot1, and backup raw nand, do i need the gpp partition ones?

I still recommend doing a full nand backup in addition to the Boot backups. It will take a while, but the safety you get by doing this is well worth it.

My boot 0 and boot 1 are 4 mb >.>are yours 4 gb? my raw nand is 30 gb, my restore partitions file is also empty.
No, his are also 4mb, or do you thing is rawnand is 31TB large?
