Gaming Backup Nand then Initialize console

As the Title States.

So i have 2 switchs and what i wanna do is have my main for online(if i decide to play online) and the second switch for Homebrew, Backup games Offline. I have done several google searchs thread searchs etc and i cant seem to find any thread that has tried this. so here what i wants to do.

Format my 200gb SD(not sure if necessary but considering)
Format Console to Factory
Hack the Switch do a Nand Backup etc
reinitialize console
download my eshop.cart updates
go offline do another nand backup
Format(Initialize)Console
Use like normal

I wanna try nand backup get before any installs of games and content
then get another with all my content because i dont wanna lose what i bought and i dont wanna pay for it twice.

any suggestions on best way to handle this.
