Hacking Backup launcher 0.3 problem

When I try and play a backup it says Error:no clOs
I have installed clOs before(the earlier version)and I have tried to install the newer version.(I have tried to Delete the older ClOs with AnyTitle Deleter but I dont know the name of it)
Any help?

Use cIOS UnInstaller.

Then install cIOS using the cIOS Installer.
