Hacking backup games wont load

every backup game i have starts but stops and said "Can't read disc" i dont know what i did

well i use backup launcher .3 and i have cios rev14, cioscorp v3.3
i forgot to said that it just my wii backup games and my gc games work fine

update the software your using

Lookup NeoGamma r7 or above and if your still wanting to use cioscorp i believe its up to version 3.5 now.

i tried neogamma r7 and i update cioscrop and it stills wont work
the disc for rune factory frontier worked til after i pick my save file and it went to the loading sceen and just freeze for a min and "cant read disc" i dont know what to do now
i used imgburn to put the iso on the disc and i used dvd-r

nvm i fixed it
i put the write speed at 3x i changed it to 4x and now it works perfectly
