Hardware Backing up your Wii games

Guys is a special reader writer needed to back up your own copies of your own original wii games im using a liteon dvd reader/writer but it cant seem to read the dvd when its inserted or is it a program that i need ?

you need raw dump and a special lg dvd rom drive...i have a 4163b and it works fine.
if you dont have such a drive you can use waninkokos dvd dumper to dump your disc. with cios rev7 you can also dump over wifi.
