Gaming Backing up N3DS

Hey guys, I'm thinking about selling my N3DS but I have Etrian IV on there (eShop purchase) and I don't want to love my save games either. Is there any way to back this up without needing another 3DS? I need the cash so I'm considering selling it but I'd like to get one in the near future again and not lose my games/saved data.

What version are you on? do you have cfw? any other homebrew?
