Gaming Awesome Europe only releases?

I'm sure there are topics like this but I couldn't find them in the search.

Just looking for some new games and curious what are the best Europe only releases out there (ie: never released in the US). Obviously I'm looking for games that are in English so I can play them, though translated games are fine too.
