You better mean the .avi's are on your microsd, not regular sd, because if I hear one more time about this "so the dsi is hacked rite? cn i use my sd card to hack fbi? lol" i am going to explode.

In case you did mean that;

it will not work.

DSi has not been hacked. SD card slot can only be used for official DSi stuff so far.

ak2i CANNOT access the slot.

If you didn't, then i apologize and yes, it will need to be converted before use.

tuna-vids is the avi player but they have to have the xvid codec and be resized right and Ive always had trouble gettin it to work on my ak2i so I would recommend moonshell with dpgs

You cannot play .avi's on any DS. The DS' hardware is just too weak to support any of that. A test was made that ran avi's, but it only got 10fps and was incredibly buggy (I got %99 guru meditation errors)

Yes, you can play .avi files on yer DS. But, they need to be encoded first and the output quality is inferior to Moonshells video. Here's a Tuna Vids Drag-n-Drop avi converter if you wanna check it out for yourself.

And, I'll quote PharaohsVizier here =)

... it skips frames, lags, you have to have avi's converted to the right dimensions, etc. Might as well use Moonshell and DPG files
