By the Way the Orignals "RCM Loader" are three

The RCM Loader Zero was a copy of the one selled by SXOS creators which is a thief of the original NX-Atmosphere injector (https://www.xkit.xyz/rcmloader-zero/)

Then was a improvement and a second version called RCM Loader ONE, for that they changed the "supercapacitors" to a Lipo Battery. there are two versions of that, firmware 1.X and firmware 2.X. the 1.X units was dispatched on a transparent plastic box. The 2.x versions on a withe cardboard one; they are identical on the outside and in the way of working but have different chipset and firmware. https://www.xkit.xyz/support/.

For that RCMLoaders the stock was low or almost depleted for years, now Aliexpress is full of "V5, V6, all new, etc" ripoffs. but all they are bad copies of the original.

Some even only can send ONE payload and if you try to update the payload or update the firmware the unit get bricked because hardware errors.

ebay doesn't ship the package like amazon, on ebay each seller is responsible for the shipping so you can search for a narrow seller and ask if ship to your home.

the RCM loaders that use supercaps are better
shelf life and discharge/charge cycles way higher

lipos only have about 150-250 cycles on the cheaper ones and are quite volatile

supercaps have 100k minimum usually

Without modchip it ain't permanent, the closest thing to permanent would be be modchip with autoboot.

Yes you have to inject payload again everytime it hard boot

If you turn on autorcm you don't need the jig after you enabled it.

They're gonna extend the Switch's life with a new model, just wait and see.
That shit's printing them so much money (and it's currently their only money maker) for them to ditch it next year.

Atmosphere will recognise four different files in the hosts folder.

It will actually recognize arbitrarily many files. Each individual emummc can have a per-emummc file recognized in that folder.

The suggestion to make it a single file would lose that feature, and that feature is one I actually use.
