That have to do about cloud sync save games, try disabling it on system preferences

My console is not linked to account, I looked to options and there isnt any cloud option enabled.

When I start game that I installed, first I get message "Checking whether this software can be played.." and after that I get "Could not connect to internet", "Please check your settings".

It is recommended that you use fusee-primary and these patches:
https://github.com/ITotalJustice/patches/releases/latest

Use the fusee patches if you're using fusee-primary to boot Atmosphere. Make sure you are using the latest version of Atmosphere and the latest version of fusee-primary.

Probably worth waiting since Nintendo pulled 12.0.3 so another update to AMS might be needed whenever it's back up.
