So.. wondering how a gamecube memory card looked like inside, i grabbed my tri wing and opened the card...

and now i request your help.. there is a plastic stick piece for support, i don't know what exact place this thing goes...
and it's too tin i am afraid to break it...


btw the card is official and for the curious people: the entire card is just an housing for only 1 chip! an MX chip (and very small things that ressemble fuses or are resistors or something)
but there is nothing else...

thanks but already figured it out

when i removed the board the piece did get in a vertical position i thought i had to put it that way, spend a while figuring it out... but it happens the piece must be layed down flat
(only realized it didn't actually fit vertically after close it)
the piece is a plastic thing that blocks dirt and major dust from entering inside the card (it sits between the port contacts and the chip
