Gaming Assassin's Creed 3 Sequence 7 save?

Hi all! So I decided to come back to AC III after not playing for a long while and whenever I walk a certain distance, Connor freezes but the background continues to move. So I need a Save File for Sequence 6 or 7.
Unless someone knows how to fix my problem?

SOLVED:
I actually just did what DinohScene suggested. I deleted my HDD cache. Started up the game and loaded my file. Got a weird infinite loading screen when I tried to switch weapons, exited the game, booted it back up and had no problems!

Try deleting your TU's (just delete your HDD's cache) or reverting to an older TU after deleting them.
See if that fixes the problem.

Older TU's can be found on Xboxupdatecenter.com or XBUC.com iirc.

I deleted my HDD cache and I loaded my file, ran around for a bit, tried to change weapons and now it's giving me a black screen with a white line through the center with a loading or saving icon. It's been doing this for about 2 minutes.

Actually I think I've got it to work now.

My favorite is 2, but I played this one and the movement and everything was so fluent, then I remembered how buggy it was. >.>
Still a great game though!

I got the Anthology edition of AC.
Going to play through them all again once I got a better telly set ;p
