There isn't much I can do. Probably you have a corrupted savegame. I had that problem many times, too.

One question...I Tested it on my DS Lite + M3DS Real and it works nicely but It can´t create savegames?
Any help?

Disable your "onboard" cheats...
This is the solution for the trouble...

Same with missing RED-BOXES, even when they are on the levels spot...
(Delete all files and start a new game)
