I am using chrome with adblock and the lite theme.

Why isn't there a sub-category for hardware in the NDS and Wii section?

thats part of the "Gaming" section if you've read the description:
Ask questions about DS gaming: consoles, games, accessories, game help, tips, cheats...

I still didn't have trouble with it. There was a backup in progress a couple of days ago though, which takes up resources too, but some had mentioned more recent slowdowns that I didn't get.

Seems redundant to me. Just looks like another set of forums. Makes more sense to have an updated Sticky FAQ in the forum sections to answer the questions ... Also, the majority of the people targeted with this idea are likely not going to use it anyway and will continue to post in the forums asking their questions.

I'm curious though how some of these questions will be kept up to date. The answer for the best NDS flash cart varies over time, and I guess I'm a little worried that maybe 6 months from now, the answer might not be very suitable.

then newer answers will be tagged as "best answer"

Don't know if this is a joke or not - but I would like to suggest that IF your answer has been selected as a 'best answer' you get a +10 added to your post count (instead of another 'post count')
IF you get 'xxx' number of 'best answers' you then get a 'Ask GBATemp Advisor' (or AGA) gold star added to your avatar

Also people, don't forget to mark one of the answers as "Best Answer", or the question will show up as if it were unanswered.

I'd rather see a "top contributors" list on the Ask homepage (without any exact counts).
