If disabling arm11 exception handler doesn't help and the SD can't be read on a computer, you might need to format the card, but first try changing the card slot letter on the computer from F to something else.

How do I disable arm 11

I don't think it will help much but it is under in Luma configuration menu, when you hold select while powering on, my guess what causing your problem might be a bad copy of a game. Try changing the drive letter on Windows first see if the computer pick up the SD card slot. Got any sd to usb adapter?

In Windows, under control panel , go to Administrative Tools, then computer management, then disk management, click on the SD card partition, should be F: and click on drive letter and paths.

Worse case you might need to format the card and redo the finalizing setup meaning you will lose all your data on that SD card if you can't get access into it.

didnt work do i have to format? also after what files do i have to put on it

If you can't get access to the card, you probably gonna have to format, as for what direction to follow, you can follow the finalizing setup section of the 3ds.hacks.guide. You gonna lose access to all your file unless you previous make backup copy of.

Also you should check your card with H2testw. Hopefully you don't got a bootleg card.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
