Are phat PS3 cooler screws interchangeable?

I was doing maintenance maintenance on my CECHC console and the CPU/GPU cooler screws where getting stripped, so I grabbed a dead CECHK I had laying around and took the screws from it. I notice they go down further than the others, sinking the brackets more. Is this fine?

It should be fine if the metal brackets were to flex a little, just don't warp or stress the pcb or it may crack
