Hardware Are Gameboy Micro Discontinued?

Although considered a failure the GB Micro is one of my favorite portables. I still use mine on a regular basis. Its small, sturdy and with a decent flash cart it can even play MP3s. That little bugger had so much potential.

it's so sad it was such a marketing failure. people are always asking what it is, when i whip out the micro.

I just bought a micro

I didn't think of it but it was cheap and I wanted to try this one.
I had a GBA and also a SP and Yeah ! The screen is far smaller but the resolution is incredibly better !

I wanted to buy another portable and the PSP sounds great but it's heavy and I don't have the crush for it. The Wonderswan was a good option but not too many games that I wanted to play so GBmicro and here it is :

Less than 8000 yen for the famicom version and 4 good games.

The gameboy micro is considered a 20 year anniversary tribute of the gameboy name with a limited production run, a remake of the gameboy advance.

Like any limited time only item, they are discontinued for sentimental value purposes.

I think I'd go to something like kijiji or ebay. Happy looking!

I got an almost brand new micro from ebay for like $40, it was awesome.

get over your fear of buying online, use something like a creditcard or paypal where you can be protected, and don't buy from shady shops or from ebay ppl with 0 feedback.

It was at Costco for $50 a year or so ago.
