Gaming ARDS Won't Boot With Sonic Classic Collection

I'm using the real game and ARDSi(though I tried with my regular ARDS and the same thing happens), and for some reason when I choose the codes and go to start the game, it just hangs. Anyone know why this is happening and/or how fix the problem?

we might need two codes

1) master code..
2) enabler code..

i know the idea of working it
but
never ever put it in practice
so the best solution is write to datel
