ROM Hack ARCode not working on 9.5.0-23U

So I heard ARCode works on 9.5. So I tried it with my friends 9.5.0-23U. I scanned the QR_Code and it led to the Web page but didn't do shit. Any help or support? It's sopposed to work on 9.5, isn't it?

I believe it works on 9.5.0-22 and below. if you want ARCode support, you're going to need to install a previous version of the browser.

I would back up your Emunand first. Also does not work on N3DS.

Don't think there's a way til someone finds an exploit for 9.2+.
