Hacking AR Loader

I don't know that this is the right forum, but...
Does someone have the source code of 'Action Replay v1.14 Loader' by Buzbee?
I need it because my tv does not support 60hz, so i can edit the program.
I will give credits to Buzbee if i release a new version.
Or is there another way? (GameCube Backup Launcher by WiiGator does NOT work on my wii
