Gaming Application that shows .NDS real names?

I had an application on my desktop that showed the real name of the .nds game instead of the filename. I'm on my laptop and would like to get the same app, but can't find it. I'm sure you guys know. Thanks.

i cant downlod rominator... i'd like a tool that does what rominator does or rominator... but i cant download it... the link gives a 404 error... help?
