I've got a bunch of retail eShop stuff I want to convert to .cia to install with the CFW, but am unsure if this is possible yet, or at least known to everyone. Can somebody shed some light?
Hacking .app to .cia - possible? If so, public yet?

.App are pure NCCH files, or a CXI file, so...
makerom -f cia -content homebrew.cxi:0:0 -o homebrew.cia
I'm not sure if this is correct becase i used ctr_makecia32 of 3DS SDK to make a .cia of my .Apps
But remember, the .app need to be decrypted, so give a look at ctrtool with it
(ctrtool *your app*)

OK, upon loading any .app files into ctrtool, I'm given unknown file. Anything I'm missing? Do I need anything in the directory where ctrtool is???

I have reflexes a cat would be jealous of and a near psychic ability to read people, makes online play feel incredibly unfair. Ironically I have been booted from online servers for being a bot.... Or aim assist lol
