Hacking Anywhere I caan buy a spare connector for EZPass2?

OK, the linker cord for my EZPass 2 is malfunctioning, and I was wondering if I could buy a spare one. Can you find them in stores? Also, what are they called?

The cord in that picture is what I'm talking about. I plug it in, and I have to press down and move each cable that connects to the EZPass2 for it to even start loading the .jed file on.(These ones \/\/\/)

Any help would be appreciated. Maybe someone could tell me how to fix it. That would be great. By the way, I got it about a month ago from winsunx. I don't know if I could exchange it. Do you think they would send me a new one if I sent them an email?

Winsunx may be able to replace it, they are usually pretty good about such things.
As far as I am aware nowhere sells the leads by themselves and I do not have one so I can not pull it apart and throw up a wiring diagram for you to fix yours or build a new one from.

Two things are more likely to have happened though: the connection has come loose between the EZPass2 and the lead (they are not good at the best of times) or one of the wires has come loose.
If it is the wires in the connector end coming loose you should be able to do a quick resolder but this would probably render you unable to return it.

Is there any way to have Winsunx replace it without shipping it all the way to China? I don't want to spend $15-$20. (I want to have a reliable passme device)
