I am currently running 3.2E with Starfall hacks enabled, however, over the past few months I have (stupidly) installed a bunch of cIOS files and not kept track of which ones I have installed.

Although my Wii is still working fine, I would like to keep track of what is installed in my Wii.

Thanks for any help!

cIOS downgrader?
use it to take ureself back to 3.2E, and i assume that it would over-write the cIOS files.
if it does, then all you would have to do is delete IOS249 using anytitledeleter, then doing a format of your wii.

If I do that will I still be able to re-download my purchased VC games and Wiiware for free?

If he backs them up to SD and formats the Wii, the games won't copy back from SD to Wii.

The only way is to redownload from the shop for free. They will show as downloadable as long as you don't delete your shop channel account.
