ROM Hack Question Anyone save edited SSBU and not been banned yet?

I don't at all play smash online, but the I do enjoy playinh Splatoon 2 often and don't want online banned because of it. I've save edited my BOTW multiple times as well as Stardew Valley, and Pokemon Lets Go, and haven't been banned (yet) despite doing it at least 20 times. The only game I've ever played online is Splatoon 2. I guess my question is has anyone save edited Smash, but not been banned?

Playing with Homebrew/CFW Switch you will eventually get banned regardless once you go online.

I've been using homeHome for almost a year now, online on the eShop constantly, have same exited smash got all spirots and I haven't been banned yet. Although I've never pirated a switch game or dlc, I also play retroarch constantly. So I think Nintendo is looking for a certain flag in their logs that I'm definitely not checking .Although I haven't paid for their online service either

I used a modded Smash save online and I got banned from only Smash online. I can still use eshop and play online in other games, though.
