The OFFICIAL way to capture a direct feed is using IS-NITRO-CAPTURE box.

You will see these when Nintendo shows off their stuff. These are also given to video game reviewers like IGN, gamespot, 1up, etc.

For the rest of the population, the only way to capture video is via an emulator. Unless you are very good at hardware homebrew, then you are stuck with that... or maybe you can steal one for GBAtemp?

Your best bet would most likely custom hardware or waiting for more mature emulators. Right now, all emulators are not up to scuff.. kinda.
