Anyone have a save for Outrun 2006 with the PS2 items unlocked?

I know about the ENTIRETY code but all I want are all the extras unlocked, and the MILESANDMILES codes doesn't give you the items you have to connect to a PS2 to get. I have the PS2 game on my PS3 but I can't get my Vita to connect to OutRun.
