Anyone familiar with the kernel/firmware for this flash cart?

If I had to guess, maybe the card is old enough to only support SD cards under 2GB or 4GB in size. I've had cases like this happen before, with my Wii not liking my 8GB Kingston SD Card (Before the SDHC update).
i had a Sandisk 2 gb in it but its the same issue 0-0

Whichever cart you have. Most clones nowadays support SD cards of up to 32GB.
