Hey, I recently got this computer from a thrift store for $25 and was wondering if it was custom made, since I can't find a manufacturer.

I've added a second dvd drive & a fan, the specs are
Motherboard: Intel D865GBF
CPU: Pentium 4 prescott 90nm @ 3.2Ghz
RAM: two 512mbyte ddr400
OS: Windows XP professional sp3 x86
graphics: 128mbyte Geforce MX 4000 (MSI)

Reply to this topic & tell me what info you need.

I had to make sure since when I booted it up it had a schools operating system on it still & school kids usually tear these types of labels off.

What school computer would have two CD/DVD drives?

Anyway, since there's no branding on the case, it's either an OEM built machine or a custom built machine. I get the feeling that this particular one was OEM but has been modified somewhat since then.

Not only does it have two optical drives, but it's also got two unused front bays, so I'mma' say custom.
My old school's computers had two unused bays. Actually, now that I think about it, they also had two optical drives. Also looks like a dell. If yours is indeed a school computer, I can telly you it probably isn't too custom built.
