For a while now I've been able to block youtube from bombarding me with ads on every single video by changing my dns settings. Until about a month ago, when having the same dns setting just disconnects me from the internet entirely. Not entirely sure why this happened suddenly but I have my suspicions.
Is there any other dns settings that still work, or a more reliable way to avoid the assault of the Adpocalypse?
