ROM Hack Any way for converting roms into virtual console (.CIA) ?

Hi guys,

I found some custom virtual console games (GB and GBC games in .CIA format) and they all run perfectly on my 3DS. Is there a way to convert and create my own virtual console games? I would like to convert some GB/GBC games.

Note: I am aware of the webbrowser injecting exploit and that is not what I am looking for. I want my VCs in .CIA format

Drag and drop CrystalBBB.3ds in prepare.bat
Obtained with Banner Maker, put your icon.bin and banner.bin in romfs folder
Edit the RSF
Drag and drop your .GB or .GBC on createrom.bat

For 3DS games/other stuff:
Option 2 - create ncchinfo.bin
Put converter's launcher and ncchinfo.bin on root of SD card and run exploit
Copy xorpads back to the root of converter's folder
Option 3 > Option 1 - convert 3DS to CIA
Automatically should work fine in most cases, include manual only if you want and if there really is one and Option 4 (Alternative Method 3) works for most cases

For GB VC games, some GBC VC games and some NES VC games:
Option 3 > Option 8 - VC 3DS to CIA

For some GBC VC games and most NES VC games:
Option 2 - create ncchinfo.bin
Put converter's launcher and ncchinfo.bin on root of SD card and run exploit
Copy xorpads back to the root of converter's folder
Option 3 > Option 7 NES VC to CIA Prep
Option 3 > Option 8 VC 3DS to CIA
