ROM Hack Question Any tools for data recovery?

I'm sure the answer is no and I'm screwed, but I wasn't sure if there was a tool to do any data recovery or undelete type function for the sysnand?

Accidentally restored a checkpoint backup instead of deleting it and wiped out a ton of progress. I will never get used to the reversed nintendo buttons.

Ugh, so many hours lost.

Anyway, I shut off the console as soon as it happened. I know there is HacDiskMount, but I wasn't sure if that can be used to make a virtual drive that can be scanned by outside programs?

So, did end up mounting the nand backup and scanning it with a few data recovery programs, but the only deleted files found were .nca files so it's pretty safe to say I'm screwed.
