Gaming Any Spotpass Golden Pants Miis on hacked 3DS?

I bought a Japanese 3ds and found a gold pants mii in the plaza named “はまぐちまさる” which I am not sure has been documented yet. I am pretty sure it is one of the many comedian Miis. He wasn’t holding any software in the plaza so I believe he is probably legit

J'ai acheté un 3ds japonais et j'ai trouvé un pantalon doré mii sur la place nommé "は ま ぐ ち ま さ る" dont je ne suis pas sûr qu'il ait encore été documenté. Je suis presque sûr que c'est l'un des nombreux comédiens Miis. Il ne tenait aucun logiciel sur la place, donc je pense qu'il est probablement légitime
