Right now, no. But this dual-firmware work being done right now and the successful NAND/NOR dumps of 3.6* firmware means the scene has its first look at the (as yet unmoddable) bootloader. A bootloader exploit (given its 'non-upgradeable/revocable' status) = game over for any of Sony's DRM. Since at that point, you could just write something that would get the bootloader to load up whatever utility you'd need to ask it to fork over the private/public keys as you please.
